Mix all the ingredients in a bowl .knead well to release flavours from spices ad herbs.refrigerate for 15 mins or so.
Shape into patties of 3_4 cm diameter.
Heat a non stick pan .grease it with cooking oil.
Place 3_4 patties at time on the medium hot skillet and let each side cook for about 3_4 mins until gispy and brown.
Fil them over and let it cool for another 2_3 min.
